Jeff served his apprenticeship with Penfold Electrical - an old Worthing company that is regrettably no longer trading. He now has over 30 years experience in the trade. He set up Phase Electrical Services in 1998 and has built up the company with the help of his staff.

Chris has worked hard to pass his exams and is a credit to Phase. He served his apprenticeship with us attending Northbrook College for two years, and continues to improve his qualifications. He is a very dedicated member of staff and well like by customers because of his helpful attitude. Nothing is too much trouble for him.

Jamie came into the business from the start. He also attended Northbrook College and continues his studies. A proficient worker, and is well liked by customers.

Nick joined his dad when he left school, and has made some lovely cups of tea and is a whiz with the clearing up (He has his fan club on site too). He now attends Chichester College on an apprenticeship.

Our second apprentice. He has settle in really well - he works hard, and is eager to learn. He attends Crawley College.

Last, but not least, Alex works relentlessly in the office, answering the phone, typing and keeping everyone happy.
